Each license is valid for 1 user. You will need an internet connection to activate your license initially. Using Mouse Pack on a separate machine will require reactivation.

Yes. Within the Mouse Pack comp you can replace any of the existing cursor states. Custom states will persist throughout your project, and reset when you start a new project.
Yes. All cursor states and animations are built within your After Effects project. Anyone will be able to open the project, even if they don’t have Mouse Pack.
