We offer a 14 day return policy on all scripts purchased through our website. Return requests must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date. Templates and presets are not eligible for returns.
To request a refund, please contact us at help@aescreens.com with your name, email address, and the name of the product you wish to return. We'll review your request and handle your request within 10 business days. Upon returning a script, your license key will be revoked.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we believe that it's being made in bad faith, or if we have reason to believe that the product has been improperly used or shared.
